1. Introduction

Welcome to Ace Tropic Media. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Ace Tropic Media provides professional videography and photography services for weddings, commercial projects, and other events. The scope of services, deliverables, and deadlines will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal for each project.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your event or project. The remaining balance must be paid in full before final delivery.

  • Payment terms, methods, and due dates will be specified in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.
     

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional fees.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at Ace Tropic Media’s discretion.

  • If we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued.
     

5. Copyright & Usage

  • Ace Tropic Media retains the copyright to all video and photo content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use based on the agreed-upon terms.

  • Clients may not edit, alter, or resell the content without prior written consent.
     

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate details and ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for filming locations.

  • Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
     

7. Liability

  • Ace Tropic Media is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as venue restrictions, weather conditions, or equipment failure.

  • In the unlikely event of data loss or corruption, our liability is limited to a full or partial refund.
     

8. Revisions & Delivery

  • The estimated turnaround time for final delivery will be specified in the service agreement.

  • Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra fees.
     

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share footage without permission, except for promotional use (unless otherwise agreed).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Fulton County, GA.
